The BIG problem with insomnia
The big hidden (or not?) problem with insomnia is the wasted time. I didn't sleep last night, but I wasn't PRODUCTIVE while I was TRYING to go to sleep. Now it's almost 8am and I can either ZOMBIE my way through the day OR sleep from, like 10am-2pm, then aim for a productive afternoon/evening, feeling bad about it all the while.
I'll probably be asleep by 10. :-(
